Our Goalkeeper Academy Program will provide functional-specific training for goalkeepers U9 through U19.

The curriculum includes technical, tactical, and position specific developmental training that covers topics such as:

• Shot stopping

• Ball distribution (with hands and feet)

• Dealing with crosses from wide areas

• 1v1 situations

• Punting

• Decision making

• Mental toughness and resiliency

• Communication

• Leadership

 

Goalkeeper Academy is included in our Select & Premier programming. An invitation to register will be sent out through PlayMetrics at the beginning of each season.
